Q: How long will it take to get my portrait?
A: The image will be emailed to you within 10 business days after I have received payment.
Q: How can I upload pictures of my pet?
A: After using the submission form above you may email them to me at artofelyse@gmail.com.
Q: What dimensions and format will I receive my digital file?
A: Unless otherwise requested, you will receive a 6000x8000px PNG.
Q: Can I post my portrait on social media?
A: Yes! You are free to do whatever you want with your portrait for personal use, but not commercial use. If posting online I gently request you credit me as the artist.
Q: How can I get my portrait printed?
A: I will provide you a high resolution file which can be printed up to size 2o”x24″ without losing quality. You can provide this image to online and local print shops.
Q: How are the portraits created?
A: All portraits are drawn by hand with a computer tablet based on your photos. No filters or artificial intelligence is used.
Q: May I request something specific?
A: I’m completely open to any specific requests you may have! We can discuss it in our email exchange.
Q: Do you provide revisions?
A: Once the portrait is finished I will send you a proof for review. I allow one round of minor revisions per piece. Anything more than that will result in fees for additional time spent. Once the portrait is approved I will email you the full resolution without watermark.
